Client Relationship Executive
Location: Oxford
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery
- Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
- Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
- Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates
- Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders
- Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours
- Prepare Management Reports
- Process and manage customer orders via the MRP system
- Coordinate "Biteblock" orders
About you:
- Experience of providing customer service in a Manufacturing or B2B role
- A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
- The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding for our customers
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
- Enjoys working in a team environment
