Role Summary

This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in commercial leadership, You will support high‑priority initiatives, contribute to problem‑solving, and help drive innovation across multiple business units.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Business Support & Coordination
  • Assist Heads of Business with day‑to‑day operational tasks and strategic projects.
  • Support the development of plans for:
    • Business growth and market expansion
    • Client engagement and retention
    • Operational improvement and future‑readiness
  • Help track progress on key initiatives and prepare updates for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance, reporting, and governance standards.
  1. Problem Solving & Project Delivery
  • Support senior leaders in identifying operational challenges across the group.
  • Assist in researching issues, gathering data, and proposing practical solutions.
  • Participate in turnaround or improvement projects, learning from experienced leaders.
  • Help coordinate actions and ensure follow‑through on project tasks.

  1. Growth & Innovation Support
  • Conduct research into new markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist with early‑stage assessments for acquisitions or new ventures.
  • Help prepare materials for due diligence, investment discussions, and integration planning.
  • Contribute ideas to support innovation and value creation across the group.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Gather insights from different business units and share best practices across the group.
  • Build a strong understanding of how each business operates, including challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the development of group‑wide strategies and improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operational Excellence on operational improvement projects.
  • Promote modern working practices, including hybrid working and flexible, results‑driven culture.
